Membership is open to any organization that wishes to be enrolled.  Though we encourage member organizations to pay annual dues, unpaid members nevertheless are welcome to attend meetings, and will receive the same mailings and notices that paid members receive.  However, only paid members are listed in our website membership directory.  A listing in the directory facilitates access to the services that member organizations provide.
